Navreet Singh is a Talent Leader with over 15 years of experience supporting organizations across technology, engineering, construction, and advanced manufacturing. She has built and scaled high-performing hiring teams across North America, Europe, and APAC, including leading SaaS hiring initiatives at ResMed and supporting the growth of IBM’s East Coast Canada talent programs.

As Co-Founder of Precision Hiring Group (formerly Koobian Talent Solutions), Navreet leads the firm’s talent strategy and executive search delivery, partnering closely with founders, executives, and delivery leaders to translate hiring strategy into execution. She brings a consultative, data-driven approach and is known for her strong stakeholder management and ability to align teams around outcomes that support growth, delivery, and long-term performance.

Her background spans consulting, operations, and organizational strategy, shaped through leadership roles with Koobian and WeSeva.
